We came up with the idea to plan out and design a simple-to-use, subjective, and user-centered experience that utilizes the wide-ranging capabilities of Artificial Intelligence in delivering high-accuracy data.

We guide the users to upload and optimize their resume to find the best opportunity that matches their expertise.

After having the resume uploaded, Carmen utilizes the AI to score it objectively, therefore finding suggestions that may dramatically improve it.

With the scores objectively measured, Carmen now finds relative suggestions for improving Hard Skills, Soft Skills, and Education that candidates could include.

Carmen also finds segments of the resume, focusing on phrasing and choice of words, which can be used to re-phrase and optimize the resume to rank higher.

Carmen finds relative opportunities by rating the candidate's resume for each position, helping them find the perfect match with ease.

With the resume now looking sharp, it's time to start applying for opportunities that pique the candidate's interests.

We wanted to help users achieve the same goal of optimizing their resume and getting that perfect job regardless of the device they are using.

The desktop experience reflects the general direction we have chosen yet is central to the platform’s advantages.

We have based the brand on Carmen’s three key points to help its users craft a perfect resume – soft skills, hard skills, and education.

Those three key points have been presented through colors, which represent each of the points, integrated into the loading and resume score.
